Worked well for a while. For some reason, the app pretty much stopped loading new data points from the sensors in the app. Sometimes, when I open the app, it does load the temperature at that time, but rarely, and it fails to load all previous data points. No reply from support for over a week. Got an autoreply, saying they're severely understaffed, which I can understand, but that does not change the fact that I'm stuck with an essential product that I paid over €50 for that does not work.

I've been using my MedAngels now for almost a year and I love them. Sadly, they seem to be inaccurate and disagree with one another about the temperature by 2°F when placed side by side (even with fresh batteries). That said, they're consistent in their disagreement, so it seems they aren't calibrated well before shipping. Overall, I really like them. If there's a major downside it's that there's no way to have a nearby PC record the Bluetooth data and then forward an alert to your phone.

Worked great until several months ago. An new system update now forces app into power saving when not active on screen even though white listed. Reported to developer. No updates. Pretty expensive thermometer now as I need to run the program and, after a few minutes, get connected for its buffered data. No real live updates or alarms due to back ground sleep. Lost connectivity due to power saving is reported issue. Was awesome while it worked.

As many others have written, the app crashes constantly on Android 10. They simply don't respond to requests for help or seem to care about their customers in any way. If they hired a decent software engineer, the problems would be solved in minutes instead of months, but the company's lack of communication is really unacceptable. UPDATE: The issue was eventually fixed, and the system works as designed again. Hopefully, if any similar issues arise in the future, they'll be resolved faster.

Crashes once I get past a certain point in setup and then constantly thereafter. Developer has not replied to my open support ticket for three weeks and counting. Update: Finally got in touch *four months* later to ask me to update my review, without any email contact. The app is working now, but this level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable.

No way to customize temperature settings or create new entries.

Cool device. My insulin is supported out if the box

Not sure what happened to the app notification but mine has stopped working. I have two MedAngels I keep track of, but as of right now the notification is saying app not responding. I have a Google pixel.... It looks like other people are having the same difficulty. A reply would be nice considering the cost of these little devices. ?

Used to love this app but it no longer works on Android 10. I have a Google pixel 2. My so uses these for his insulin. So disappointing.
